I don't directly solve for that technique. Instead, I normally catch it indirectly through Colors and Multiple Colors. However, you found a case where they don't work as a substitute. Congratulations! |

A finned x-wing (9)c38\r68 with fin r9c8 does the same.
 
 
[edit: Aha, I see! Despite the fact that the ER move and finned x-wing move both consist of two strong links and three weak links, the later is considered Advanced, rather than VH+] |
