Guys, I stuck in here:

In column 1, 3 can ONLY go in box 1(r1c1-r3c3) so you can eliminate 3 from other cells in box 1. So r1c3 becomes {8,9}.

In column 1, 9 can ONLY go in box 1 so you can eliminate 9 from other cells in box 1. So r1c3 becomes 8.
