Very nice Clement.
There's an almost <259> XY wing shown in purple. However this is foiled by the 8 in r9c9.
So either the XY wing is true or the 8 is true.
Now if you argue that 8 is true in r9c9 then follow the green squares to see what happens. There's a contradiction that shows the 8 can't exist in r9c9.
XY Wing is true and red square r4c8 <> 5. Solved.
